Appears to be well made with many functions review by DD on 1/19/2019So far have only charged it and put it in the car, but I did order three of these -- one for each car. We live near water, and it is always a concern that something could happen and you would need to have a device like this with flashlight (including warning flasher), seatbelt cutter and window breaker. Instructions were good, but still It isn't clear to me from instructions how to break a window. I guess you just use the sharp end and apply force.

Works well, window would break if used. Cutter does cut though I didn’t try it on the seatbelt. Stays. Harned when plugged in,
so you would actually have a flashlight in an emergency instead of the typical one that needs batteries. Cost less than some of the comparable products that do the same thing.
